Return Policy

We always want your Squire Shop Online shopping experience to be a great one! However, we do understand that sometimes it may not be what you were expecting or it may not fit, so we are here to help! If you are returning an item you can send it in to receive an online credit for any future purchases. Because we are on a live system and our inventory is constantly changing, no refunds or exchanges will be granted. But we will provide you with your own discount code to use at check out for other purchases. We will only accept returns that follow these rules:

  • Items must be returned New/Unworn/Unwashed with all of the Original Tags still attached.
  • Shoes should be returned New and Unworn in the original box. The original shoe box will need to be placed inside another box to avoid any shipping damages.  
  • We will accept any returns or exchanges sent 30 days after the original purchase date for store credit or exchange only.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. After we process your order we will send you an e-mail with your discount code inside.
  • No returns on sale items. This includes items purchased at a discounted rate.
  • Items must be in perfect condition.
  • Please do not use scissors or anything sharp to open your package to avoid damages.
  • If you fail to meet these requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Please let us know the reason for your return.
