Q: How will I know you have received my order?

A: We try to process your orders and have them ready to ship as quickly as possible. After placing your order look for an e-mail from The Squire Shop (don't forget to check your spam folder, too) stating that we have received your order. If you place an order M-F it will be processed by 5pm, but any order placed after 5pm will be processed at 10am the next business day. If you place an order over the weekend it will not be processed until 10am on Monday morning. 

Q: How fast will I get my shipment after it has been processed?

A: Orders placed M-F will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped within 48 hours starting on the following Monday.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: After the order has been processed and shipped with Standard Ground Shipping, we guarantee that your package will arrive on your doorstep in 3-5 business days.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have that option available at this time.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: After we ship your package, we will send a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking information. 

Q: Why can’t I find your e-mails?

A: Sometimes our e-mails get sent to the spam or junk mail folders. If you still can’t find the e-mails call us or e-mail us and we will take care of it shortly. (Go to our Contact Us section for help)

Q: Can I ship to an address that’s different from my billing address?

A: Yes, you can. Just make sure you fill out the information correctly under the billing and shipping sections.

Q: What if I want to change my order after it has been placed?

A: After an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be changed. If you would like to add something to your order call us at (770)832-9673 and we will see what we can do!
