    Sales Associate, Part Time

    20-30 Hours per week

    Must be Available to work at least 2 Saturdays per Month

     

    Job Description

    Sales Associates have the responsibility of assisting with daily sales at The Squire Shop. Our Sales Associates are expected to provide an exceptional customer experience that will drive sales. Our employees must be Outgoing, Friendly & Personable with a positive attitude toward customers and staff.

     

    • Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic environment to our customers
    • Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback
    • Excited to get to know our product inside and out in order to offer style advice and help customers 

     

    Qualifications

     

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Self-Motivated and Organizational skills
    • Phone and People Skills are a must
    • Dependable and able to work the shifts they are scheduled
    • Customer Service-oriented experience preferred but not required

    Office Manager, Part Time

    Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30-12:00pm

     

    Job Description

    The Office Manager is expected to have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.  You will assist in supervising and monitoring the work of other employees. You will also be expected to ensure that all weekly administrative duties are complete.

     

    Office manager duties will include (but not be limited to):

     

    • Make sure Invoices are correct and sent to Accountant
    • Errands
    • Assist in Ordering Inventory for the store
    • Inputting New Inventory
    • Assist in Monthly Employee Scheduling
    • Store Maintenance
    • Assist in Shipping Online Orders
    • Reordering Supplies
    • Ensure that all equipment stays in working order
    • Customer Service for In Store and Online Customers when needed

     

    Qualifications

     

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Some College Preferred but not Required
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email is a Plus!
    • Self-Motivated and Highly Organized
    • Phone and People Skills are a must
    • Dependable and able to work Monday-Friday Part Time
    • Office Manager and/or customer service skills preferred but not required
